Researchers from the University of Deusto have published a paper in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public health

Xabier Río, Iker Sáez, Aitor Coca and Josu Solabarrieta, researches from the Faculty of Education and Sport at University of Deusto, together with other researchers from the company Ergoactiv Sport, examine the effects of an individualized physical exercise program on the perceived pain of workers, in addition to analysing adherence to it within workplaces.

In the paper, Effects of a Physical Exercise Intervention on Pain in Workplaces: a Case Study recently published in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health, researchers concluded that the five-minute exercise program in the work environment appears to be an effective tool in terms of time and pain perception improvement. Thus, participating in an individualized exercise program in workplaces may be beneficial in reducing staff pain when the program is followed.
