Aware that the loss of women talent in STEM is a "leaky pipe" dripping in multiple phases, the University of Deusto has put forward several initiatives to promote female vocations in STEAM fields. This group aims at fostering sustainable and cross-cutting interaction between the different levels of the education system, research institutions, business and civil society organisations to improve the attractiveness of science education and scientific careers among young people.
